All travel goals are gone and it wont show how much points are needed for flights. Everything constantly wants passwords. Garbage update

Where did my travel goals go? I loved the visualization, any plan on getting it back? Really disappointing...

This is a great app if you like entering information and loading screens. Not so great if you want to plan your travel goals. FAQs/help does not even function.

Updated application looks good, changes were pretty decent. Only issue I have is that they do not have Wallet integration like the Air Miles application. If they were able to get this integrated, would gladly give 5 stars.

Does not keep you logged in even when you have that selected on the login page. No linkage i can find to use my points. Not intuitive.

Love the app. Engaging animations and works flawlessly. Nice to have cashless flights now.

It was promised years ago, but you still cant add your card to Wallet. Still. Now, with the 4.1 update, it doesnt "Stay Connected", despite the switch on the login form.

Updates breaks the app, can no longer log on...

This update literally broke this app! This needs to get fixed!

I have the latest iOS update and reinstalled the Aeroplan app but cannot log in.

App works great, but the one thing holding it back is the lack of ability to add the card to your Apple Wallet, which seems like an easy thing to add

When this app works, its very nice… But most of the time, it doesnt work. Upon launch, and entering correct password, offers an unintelligible error message, saying that the app is unavailable... But when abandon the iPhone app and I try to login online using a browser, Aeroplan website works fine.

This app does not get any sort of updates. In fact the last update happened in 2014. Apple should do a better job by removing apps which has not been updated for over a year. It seems that the aeroplan team just dont care enough about its customer. Need to hire a dedicated app support team to implement digital aeroplan card in wallet and Touch ID integration. Please remove this pos app if possible.

Update ruined the app. Cant log in on any of my devices now.

Login issue resolved. I have been using often and find it very easy to use and check out flights and option, great app

Finally able to log in after changing password. Tried booking flight but app does not accept airport code, city or country ex: YVR, Vancouver, Canada.

Grocery stores, drug stores and coffee shops have figured it out. Why cant you. And did I forget to mention your major competitor in the air point industry has had it for ages.

I use this app mainly to check my balance and its expiry. I love how it shows the card barcode now so I dont need to key in the membership number during transactions. Im not an advanced user; this app works very well for me for my basic needs. Thank you.

App is fine but still no wallet integration?

I dont understand why this app isnt using wallet like the rest of the card apps in the App Store. Its pointless not to use the wallet system.
