Points stuck since September 2016. Wake up

Have had the Aeroplan app on my iPad for a long time with no issues. Couple of months ago it started crashing the moment I opened it. Tried deleting the app and reloading it but the issue persisted. Not experiencing any issues with other apps.

You will be able to see your points balance, but thats about it. Cant look up partners (cant on the website either). Needs to be overhauled. Dont bother downloading until its updated.

Hasnt updated my points or transactions in 6 months. Also consistently fails to recognize my correct password. Completely useless app should be retired or fixed.

Downloaded this app in spite of all the negative comments. So far every function works flawlessly. Even got 150 miles for setting future travel plan. Really cool to be able to check my account and see daily updates. Not sure about booking flight etc!

The only feature I could possibly care about with this app is adding the card to wallet; a feature that has been "planned" by areoplan since 2012 and is still missing. You AT LEAST not hide the card in a menu to make using it easier.

Theyve finally made an app that one can book reward miles through. Unfortunately, they dropped the ball in one of my reservations made on the app -- it took 12,500 miles, pre-charged me AMEX for taxes and fees, allowed my flyer to check in and the next day, cancelled the flight. Fortunately my quick thinking got him on WestJet but what a pain! I still havent received a credit for my miles and after waiting 50 minutes for a agent, I hung up. I think they need to issue a triple refund for their idiocy.

If I could give this total POS app 0 stars I would because 1 star is way overrated. Apparently these amateurs dont believe in testing their software, eg invalid zip code/postal code keeps blanking out, optional fields are really required. Worst app that Ive used in a very long time. Hire some professional developers who take pride in their work rather than 3rd world wannabes.

Doing a search for flight - "technical issue, we are unable to..." What good is an Aeroplan app if you cant make a flight booking?

Useful app. Too bad there is no online app support. You have to call them and ask your questions!!!

The best mileage app so far. I can book online and keep up to date about my miles. Open fast and easy and do not freeze and never will close unexpectedly .

You removed all of my travel goals and now you need to provide an email address to re-enter them. And once you do you cant even see them?!? Terrible app update.

travel goals are gone. Access on the phone would direct you to the website. Just use a computer to look up deals and points. Deleting app!

The only reason I downloaded this app was to add my Aeroplan card to Apples Wallet app. And sadly, this is not supported. For shame.

Since the most recent update, the app is unusable. It shows as greyed out, as if it is being updated, yet the App Store shows it as updated but does nothing if I try to open it from there.

Definitely need to fix the travel goals. I dont want to have to login all the time. Would be nice to actually show my goals and where Im at. And last link to go back to homepage doesnt work. Needs more work. Try again.

Trying to simply see how many points I need to travel somewhere...now I need to participate in a marketing study to get the answer that never comes up. Brutal app. Simple is better, bring back the old app.

Great app. Works well but they forgot one important thing PASSBOOK.
