I try to access booking and now that the upgrade happened it will no longer accept my password which works fine online. Brutal - a step below beta.

Surely this ap must be an embarrassment to Air Canada. Delete the ap, and start over. It is completely useless.

I opened the app and it just hangs on the opening slash screen. Did anyone test this? Pretty fair representation about how much Aeroplan cares about their customers

I would prefer to give this app no stars. Absolutely horrible, dont waste your time with this app. Unfortunately youre stuck with their equally useless website.

Do not download this app. Have tried using it. Does not recognize my password. Reset it 4 times and crashed each time. Dont use to avoid confusion. Absolutely awful

This app doesnt even start up on my iPhone 5. It crashes at the start screen.

I cant search for a city by name, code, nothing is recognized. Worked before and not anymore.... wtf!!!! Fix my app or Ill report you to the better business bureau!!!!!

Hey, I would like to report that the time schedule doesnt show once the search has been done. It only shows the flight number but not the departure and arrival time of each flight. Please investigate!

I checked few days ago people have same problem of crashing/not opening of App. Well its still not fixed. All credit goes to our Aeroplan team for this Awesome job. Big Congrats for managing this long to fix 1 problem. There should be a option of negative star rating. Aeroplan doesnt deserve even 1 star.

In this day and age, how can any so-called legitimate company release an app -- and a website -- that simply does NOT work. On the app,to book a flight, when you click on the calendar to pick a departure date, it displays the wrong date as your choice!

You can only book flights and cannot see the merchandise rewards. Useless app even the aeroplan website does not work on mobile. Please fix your app.

How can a big company support such a bad app?

The updated app will not let you login, saying it cannot complete the operation. Very unhappy

The app doesnt work properly. Password doesnt work using app, yet password works fine online. Points on app not updated and cant refresh.

It used to update monthly, then every second month, now just doesnt update your points at all. Huge discrepancies between the app miles and the desktop ones. Poor, and useless.

Scores stuck since September. Fix it guys.

Takes forever to load a partners page. Also if you want to see the next level of requirements for AIR CANADA status levels, you have to leave the app, as Aeroplan diamond or black status is next to useless.

Latest update offers Touch ID support, however, when entering your account password to confirm your identity, the app says the password is incorrect despite it being correct.

Used to work well, but my points havent updated since October 2016. Seems to be a common problem with the app.

Used to work fine. This version, transactions do not update. Balance was OK now also will not update.
