Cant create an account on the app or on the website there is always one error left even though all field are correct

Started out great but now I cannot change the city when booking the flight despite signing out and logging back in, then closing the app and reopening, then finally turning my phone off, it still will not let me change the city. Also went to the faq/help page but this wouldnt open. Disappointing.

Please add Apple wallet support! Otherwise, this app is highly impractical, as its easier just to fetch the physical card from my wallet.

I have a Ph.D. work in the software industry and could not get this ap to book a one way flight to Vancouver.....a real time waster..

After updating to newest V4.1(1), all but two of my saved reward goals disappeared, I have to keep entering my email address and I cant even create a new goal. From a great app to crappy.

5 stars simply because the app is 5 times more useful than the previous version! Its great to be able to check on what flights are available and for how many points. This new app almost makes the devaluation forgivable. Almost. PS: For those complaining about not being able to add the card to Passbook, please tell me one situation where you can have your card scanned at a merchant? Literally all of them swipe or manually enter. Passbook is not for storing loyalty cards, so until AP has some kind of scan integration with merchants, it would be a useless feature.

With the latest update, I can on,y view in landscape mode. I should be able to see my dashboard

When you want to edit your information, it doesnt allow you to scroll down at all, you need to do your own tricks to be able to get out of there. I chose my first dates for booking but the trip keeps popping up with unavailability, thats not a problem, I come to change the dates I cant even press on the dates themselves. If you want to release an app, please make sure it functions beforehand. Thank you

Cannot enrol and desktop site isnt working

Gonna delete this app. Let me know when I can set travel goals without having to answer questions. Totally useless

Please update with the ability to add to wallet

Needs Apple Wallet/Passbook Support. Air Miles app is way better. If Air Canada flights can be added to Apple Wallet, then why cant the Aeroplan app do the same?

Still missing reward page, wish they add soon.

Not only is the new layout a nightmare to navigate but it does not refresh, even after hitting the refresh button. My version has not updated since March 23 and I fly weekly ... Its now May 1. Reinstate the old version.

App is fairly easy to use but is completely useless without wallet integration. Plus it doesnt always keep you logged in and doesnt support Touch ID. Very Disappointing.

Using old iPhone 4 (IOS 7.1.2) and App no longer works after new update released. Aeroplan , fix your App.

I almost need a magnifying glass to see how many miles I have. I miss the goals page! Miles needs its own page or BIGGER font...

Please add Wallet support. I dont like opening apps to access my loyalty cards. It makes me question my loyalty.

Bad experience right from the start when trying to log in after downloading. Not user friendly at all. Cant paste your account number and then when you switch back it loses the info you entered. Then it didnt accept my password. Deleted the app...

Record does not match with actual account, just bothersome when I access to full aeroplan site. Who created such a stupid appli.
