A bad app is now even worse. It does not work at all on a 6s with iOS 10

Dont download new app. It crashes before the app opens

Cant even login to the app 90% of the time because it crashes as soon as you try to login.

It forces you to upgrade but the latest version crashes all time on opening. Completely useless.

Cant even log-in anymore. Phantom keyboard that you cant see. Complete waste of data.

Ive been reading the previous reviews and just dont get it. This app has not crashed once while Ive been using it. Its great. Refresh rates are good. Switching dates and choosing between Econ & Bus class seats is a breeze. All at the press of a button. Great app.

Latest update crashes , doesnt even open

How the hell do you release a travel rewards app that cant recognize a single destination airport code or city you try to type into it!?? Unbelievably awful.

Title says it all - constant crashing. I would give it zero if I could

Tried to make an Aeroplan flight reservation. Found a set of flights, provided all the information needed to make the reservation but accept and submit button never enabled. No indication of what was missing. Gave up and tried to book same flights via Aeroplan web site. Had to wait about 30 minutes before the business class seats were released from my previous attempt.

The app is absolutely useless

You wrecked my favourite app. Your travel goals were so fun to look through with the visual pics and points required to go there. This new app gets a zero for usability and fun. And worst part is that you forced me to input a travel goal. This app is now about you wanting to market to me and no longer about me being inspired . Too bad for sure. Hate it.

Way to release an app that doesnt work. Try and redeem for a flight and it automatically gives unchangeable and wrong dates. Good quality control, Aeroplan. And then I have to pay $30 to call in book a ticket.

After finally giving the ability to book awards in the app (yes up until recently this wasnt even possible), now what happens is that even though Im definitively online (wi-fi and/or cellular) the app claims there is "No Connection". So the app is back to being a useless piece of nonsense. About all you can do is check your points balance. Horrible. Embarrassing. Who is responsible for this? Please do something about it or find someone who can! There are people who do this professionally. Hire one of them!

A real shame! Aeroplan cannot fix this true mess... The worst app I ever saw, if you call this an app... As a diamond member I feel like being a third class customer.

Dont download it unless you love being frustrated and angry. It is less than one star and really does appear inadequately tested. I am off to delete it.

Wow guys! Reviews are harsh. I havent had any problems with the app, its not crashing on my iPhone 5S. I like the option to open the card and use it in store. Ill have to see how it goes as I accumulate points. I didnt have the old version so maybe the transition was awkward.
