This app lacks the most basic functionality of being able to search for flights.

The only reason to have this app is if you want to check your point balance and dont feel like logging into the website and typing your number and password. The only functionality not available on the website is the ability to set a goal for flight redemption and have it track how far along you have to go, which youll have to weigh whether thats worth anything to you. You can choose whether the app remembers your password, which I initially had turned off, but since you cant actually do anything with this app like redeem points then theres no reason not to leave it on.

This app still does not allow you to book a flight. Isnt that the point? And having separate Air Canada and Aeroplan rewards programs is confusing, not to mention that 35K status has been downgraded to star alliance silver.

There is no point to this app. Absolutely no functionality at all

Just installed, tried to login but immediately crashes. Whats the point! Not at the level of service as the other large airline companies. Expected a better product.

Ever since the last update this app has become completely unusable, keeps crashing upon sign in! Please fix it!

This is the most crashed app on my ipad. I really hope the Latitude brand will launch their own app so Elites and Super Elites dont have to rely on this piece of garbage to see the miles.

This app crashes immediately upon opening. Useless and worthless app. Do not download. I am using iphone 5

Terrible App for a terrible rewards program. Crashes. Aeroplan is useless and lowest in value of all airline reward programs - why should the app be any different.

Cant book flights, what is the point?

Just a tool to promote. Cant actually make bookings. Time to dump my Aeroplan card.

Basically useless for the last several months. I have deleted and reinstalled without any success. Error messages on each log in attempt. Even when working the functionality is limited. This app needs to be revamped or removed.

Unhelpful app. You cant search for award availability or book.
