Useless app Couldnt make a booking on it! Whats the point?

You would think that the purpose of an aeroplan app would be to allow you to book reward flights, update your aeroplan account, etc. nope. None of that. It simply shows some silly offers that no one cares about. Dont bother.

Was excited to see this app - disappointed that it does not allow you to book award travel.

Convenient way to check your account

There is no way to book a reward flight nor to check on existing award flights. This app is pointless and a waste of time. Even for free it will be deleted right now.

Wasted my time downloading this piece of junk.

An Aeroplan app that doesnt allow me to book reward travel? Whats the point? This app is worthless until Aeroplan adds the ability to book travel.

Much handier than waiting to fire up my laptop. I can quickly check status mile activity in my account, check about new promotions, and register for promotions. This app is easy to use and stable.

1. TWO apps - Air Canada and Aeroplan (because AC spun off Aeroplan they apparently cant coordinate on one app) 2. On NEITHER ONE can you actually book a reward trip on Air Canada using Aeroplan points. What exactly is the point of an Aeroplan app if you cant book Aeroplan rewards via the app?? Isnt that the whole point of collecting frequent flier miles? Aeroplan and AC - Get a clue.

Why why why would any company Damage their reputation by claiming this is an app? Useless.

This app doesnt actually let you do anything except look at your current status. There is no reason to install it. Im uninstalling it now...

This app was working up until a week ago. Now I get a "network error - try again later" message. Totally annoying and zero support from Aeroplan. I am a happy member and will be Super Elite this year and expect MUCH better from Air Canada. As is, this is a lame attempt at an app.

Cant book or search for flights. Only view account. Uninstalled.

Why allow you to carry an e-card that doesnt have your status on it? I still need to carry the physical card as well. Quite ironic as the app does have the status information in it. Look at the Starbucks or other loyalty scheme cards. An easy fix

Where is the function to add the membership card to Passbook on Apple operating systems?????

Since the change to altitude, this app is totally busted. Dont download it. Really poor planning by Air Canada. Typical really.

Neither update transactions properly

Whats up with this app!! No updates on activity in my account available since the end of 2012.

Terrible app. Doesnt even do the things it says it does in the FAQ.

Dont waste your time with this app. Incredible how a company big like AC cannot afford a programmer to fix this. I cant believe.
